I'm a little late, but here it go :)

What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1) Hanging out with friends/partying in Athens
2) Reading mindless books
3) Hanging out in Target
4) Bitching and moaning about stuff in my journal (and livejournal)
5) Napping.  I love naps.
