Sounds wonderful to be able to talk to your mother about all those subjects. Sounds like you've built up some trust. I cant express how happy it is to know that your mom is now talking to you. Caring, being the person you thought she would never be again. Respect the daughter that thought she would never gain the trust and respect back from her parents. All so great to hear.
