ok well im going to the hospital to see jake tomorrow...
and i really dont kno wat to expect... and dont kno wat to say...i kno he wont beable to talk back to me... but im sure he can still hear me... and i really dont want to say the wrong thing... or lose it in front of him...

He is pretty much deaf and semi-concious because he's being continuously calmed/sedated and partly because he's on his way out... He won't be able to hear you, but just say what you want to say. There will probably be other people there so you may not get a chance to be alone with him.
