O.o Wth. Yeah, I'd try to find out what their problem with you was. You'd think if something was bad enough you were going to get fired, you would have gotten a warning or something first. That place sucked anyway.
Aww twizzers [hugs] I know how it feels to be fired from a job , especially for stupid reasons. People just don't know how to run businesses. They fire people who work hard and show up on time and they promote people who don't know what they're doing. If they didn't think you were doing well, not only should they have talked to you about it, you should have been given time to improve. Do they expect people to just come in there knowing how their factory works? That's just stupid. Don't take it too personal (and I know that's hard) but at least you didn't get kicked out of the job placement place before they even tried to get you a job like me :) I'm sure you'll find something way better anyway [more hugs]
I guess my problem is that the TA said he'd give me time to improve... and then when I hadn't even worked a full day after he said that he sent the thing to Kelly's saying they didn't want me to return. >_< Eyup. Four hours is a lot of time to improve. <3
And I guess the job wasn't really good for me. =/ I've had a lot of nightmares involving it, and it was affecting my sleep.
I guess I can go back to school now, I suppose. =/ I was worried about what I'd do working nights, and I that problem is now solved. Maybe I'll go try to find a part time job somewhere.
I would definatly talk to someone about how you were treated, that is complete and utter crap. But I also wouldn't go back there, you deserve better and you can find better.
I know it feels like everything just keeps piling up and getting worse but doors are gonna start opening up for you soon, just keep your head up. =)
You should totally call corporate and rat out EVERYONE at your former job and get them all in deep shit ^_^. And definitely go and speak your mind to your TA and all those other people. But whatever you do don't take the job back - obviously this company has no idea what they're doing and they're definitely not worth your time. There are plenty of other companies who actually value their employees :)
