they haven't officially set it, but the date they are trying to set up is March 7th.

For Gallifrey, ti would be either a girl in the fireplace random background person (i.e. I'm cosplaying the BBC Costume Storage Department!) or one of the viccy walking dresses from proto-torchwood.
