Story
In 1998, the famous Harry James Potter defeated Tom Marvolo Riddle, Voldemort, for the final time. All was well in the wizarding world and lives were rebuilt. New generations came and went and everything seemed to be going good for those in the wizarding world. No one ever seemed to notice that the magic in the world was fading. After so many generations the magic had started to deplete from the world as more were born. By 2050, half of all the magic in the world had gone. By 2075, all the magic in the world was completely gone. It is now 2100 and magic is starting to show it's face once again. Anyone born after 2081 has a chance at having the newest form of magic. With no idea of what was happening, the first wave of teenagers, 17 to 19, sought refuge and formed The Underground. As two more waves passed, they created their own form of government, The Hierarchy. They now dwell, under what used to be New York City, in peace and harmony.
