This morning I was backing out of my parking space and I hit someone who was driving by. I had just looked and didn't see anyone coming so she sneaked up on me somehow. We're both okay our cars were just banged up. I felt really bad about it until I saw the entire right half of her windshield was covered in frost. She probably didn't even see

Yeah, people driving by have right of way. People pulling out have to wait. :( I'm sorry the ghetto lady smacked into you though. If you didn't see her, she had to be flying. You might be able to get her to be at partial fault if you can prove (possibly by the damage done) that she was driving too fast.

Honestly, I don't pull out fast, I think she had to have been speeding in order to have that much damage done.
