[The video pans to the shooting range constructed by Hubb on the target there's a picture of The Major. Seimei's busy firing a handgun at the target. However Seimei's aim is terrible and most of Wonderland's wildlife is in danger because he's that bad.  There are bullet holes in the trees and the smiling face the Major hasn't got a single scratch. [It's early and Seimei's getting up. There's a softness in his features which indicates to anyone who knows him, that this is not a legitimate recording.  He looks inviting and disarmed from his outer armor of harsh words.
