Can you talk with Andy about the subject of your mother being here as early as tomorrow? You talk about the two of you needing to work together as a team, and by discussing it with him, it would certainly seem to go a long way towards cementing that approach :D **grin**
And maybe he'll see that you do need the help in these last days before the twins arrive :)
I agree with a couple of the other comments - base the decision on whatever happens with your appointment tomorrow...and talk it over with Andy so he realizes how much help you need.
The glass of vino and the warm bath (preferably with a cup to one and one-half cups of epsom salts) is *exactly* what I tell clients to do when they are not sure if they are in labour or not.
And call your mama, hon. You will feel better once you know Noah is taken care of.
