Well, I have a second draft of the story I wrote last summer, and could use critiques. I'll trade beta reading duties or any other reasonable favor that requires a little time and no money.

The story is sociological SF / chyk lit, sorta, in a space opera setting. 3900 words.

I had a meeting to discuss my reinstatement with the relevant people in the L&C grad teaching program. They seem to think that I'll never make a decent teacher, and that even if I could, it would take me too long to develop the skills, and I'd likely crash and burn before I got that far.
