i was sitting in a chair next to one of my friends who was smoking, and he started gesticulating and grazed my arm with the cigarrette

Likely story! You were probably trying to impress your gf and said, 'Sure honey! Put your cigarette out on my chest! I can take it!'

It would be true, especially if i had a girlfriend, and a chest that i wanted a cigarette burn on!
