Well it will soon be 2006 so I figured I ought to do a review of my life in 2005. Here goes...
January...
I celebrated New Years by finally fixing things with Tim which allowed me to move on. I spent most of January pining over Ryan, college, and working at my moms office.
February...
The dreaded Tolley Fire of Valentines Day occured and we all survived.
March...
I spent most of it searching for a job for the summer. Spent spring break at Ryans...which was interesting to say the least.
April...
I registered for the next years classes and decided on a writing minor. We all went and saw Clinton give a speech at Drew, it was amazing. I found out that I would be working at Orme over the summer.
May...
I finished Freshman year of college and went back home to AZ. I think I started at Orme this month too...
June...
I spent the entire month working at Orme. Celebrated my birthday in true camp style...meaning I was thoroughly embarrased by having to sit in front of everyone while all the male counsellors sang Build Me Up, Buttercup.
July...
More working at Orme...all the stuff with Pete and Ryan happened. I ended up with Pete as you all know. There was lots of camp drama, plenty of tears, sneaking out, school bus sex etc etc.
August...
Camp was finally over, I think I spent the month working at my moms office some more. Nothing too exciting, except driving 7 hours to go to Santa Fe and visit Pete where we broke up. On his terms meaning I would spend the next 3 months pining...woot.
September...
Went back to Drew, dealth with all of the awkwardness and got my job at the Community Theatre in Morristown.
October...
I was Luna Lovegood for Halloween, that was fun. I started thinking about counselling.
November...
I registered for next semesters classes, signed up for counselling and went home with Kellie for thanksgiving. In Maine I got my tattoo and did not sleep alot to appease Kellies mom. :) My doctor guy put me on Prozac and it helps, alot.
December...
Pete came...and Pete left, very rapidly. I started spending more time with Justin, and discovered that it was really nice to have a friend that wants to be there and listen but also understands that sometimes you just need to watch dumb movies and play weird video games. The semester ended and I went to Florida, went jetskiing on Christmas and got lots of good presents. My family got drunk on red wine and included me which was hilarious. My grandma discovered she likes making margaritas and so she makes them for me everyday. I learned that my family is ok in small doses and that I missed them more than I thought I had. And now its almost January 1st, I'm planning on spending new years with my family getting drunk and more than likely calling Justin because I like bothering him.
So thats about it...I'm excited about next year, I feel like I'm in a really good place. I can deal with things better now and I've moved on from the things that bothered me all of last year. I've got a wonderful roommate and bestest friend that I heart like woahpizza. I've got a very nice boy that may or may not turn into something but I'm willing to wait it out and see where it takes me. So yeah...I'm ready for 2006.
