Thank you so much for writing this post! I was in the exact same situation at the beginning of the year (95 kg) and I've lost 7 kg this year-- most of it in the last few months when I've been diagnosed with some food intolerances that were making me bloat, and cut down my portion sizes dramatically. One of the best things that happened to me for weight loss was finding out that I couldn't tolerate white flour. Biscuits, cakes, slices: gone! If I really want something, I have to bake it myself, so no "It's 3pm, I'm at work, I'm bored" piece of cake from the cafe.

Your before photo looks so much like me, so your after photo is a huge inspiration! Thanks again!
