CLEVELAND CLINIC DIET
lose 10 lbs. in 3 days. Must be followed EXACTLY
Breakfast: Black coffee or tea
FIRST DAY
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice dry toast, 2 tsp. peanut butter
Lunch: 1/2 cup dry tuna, 1 slice dry toast, coffee or tea-black or diet pop
Dinner: 2 slices any type of meat (3oz.), 1 cup green beans, 1 cup red beets, 1 small apple, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
SECOND DAY
Breakfast: 1 edd, 1 slice dry toast, 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
THIRD DAY
Breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice dry toast
Dinner: 1 cup dry tuna, 1 cup red beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Diet works on chemical breakdown and is proven. DO NOT VARY OR SUBSTITUTE any of the foods; salt and pepper may be used but NO OTHER seasonings. This diet is to be used 3 days at a time.
In 3 days you will lose 10 lbs. After 3 days of dieting, you can eat your normal food, but DO NOT OVERDO IT! After your 4 days of normal eating, start back on your 3 day diet. You will lose up to 40 lbs. in a month if you stick to this diet. IT IS A SAFE DIET!
You can drink water, black coffee or tea or diet pop (without sugar) in-between meals.
DO NOT PICK IN-BETWEEN MEALS!!!!
