So I think most of you know that my Grandma Hoshield passed away yesterday. It was totally unexpected. She felt no pain. She died in her sleep. My grandPA just had surgery tonight and is in intensive care until probably late tomorrow or Friday. everyone's home right now. all my aunts, and my uncle jim. It's so hard. My grandma and I were very close

ohhhhh becca! i am so sorry for your loss. i wish i had some insightful words to say or that i could be there to comfort you with a hug. you and your family will be in my prayers every night--i will be thinking of you guys and hoping and praying that you will find the strength to get through each day. it is never easy to understand why something like this happens. i am here for you with whatever you need from me...even if its just a little prayer before i go to bed at night. don't hesitate. i love you becca.

Well, you already know that you're getting a ton of prayers from Siena... and I'm not talking about just from me.

Erin and I both will be there. I told my mom tonight, and she said something about class and work, and I was like, um... I think being there for my best friend is a LOT more important in my life. Everything else can wait.

I did see the sunset. It was beautiful.
