Went to the women's retreat last night and into today, that was nice. Brought up some emotions and whatnot (not publicly of course), things that don't come up as much as maybe they need to. But it was good, a good focus. Came back, had our first outdoor lacrosse practice, first time I've ever worn cleats. Interesting. Then ran a little. And
