Free turkey sandwiches and potato chips make Newark's long layover hotel very high on my list of favorites. I got into the hotel late at night, I was hungry, nothing was open, but apparently the hotel provides. Free turkey sandwiches are Killer Bee!

So, squishie3, gunslinger_v, and I went to the gas station this morning. We took a pit stop at the movie theater alcove to make a couple snowmen. Upon our return to my apartment, we added a few layers of clothing in preparation for snow antics. We quickly began rolling giant snowballs for snow-fort purposes. Twon, the flight attendant, back in action. I get to spend a whole two hours in Orange County California tomorrow. It's going to be nice, being back in the air again, even if it does end up being only for a little while.

I've been recalled! It's only a temporary recall, but it has the potential for permanency. So, I'll b starting again on December 15th. I guess that means I wont have this Christmas off, but what else is new. At least I have a job again, even if it's only for a little while. I'm very excited to get back to work.

Ah, Stereo Wars How I've missed you so. Shaking walls, rattling shelves; happy days are here again!

It's been mildly amusing, playing substitute paper-boy this week. I feel like I've been let in on some secret world. I get to read the news before most everyone else, and I spend the morning completely isolated from a sleeping community. It's been quite an experience, wholly different from times when I've merely aided gunslinger_v.
