Oh, dear. I hope none of you were worried by Throne's note regarding my disappearance. It was nothing to be alarmed about. I merely took a trip down to the Scavenger's Yard and found myself distracted by this odd silver coin I found. Having now had it in my possession for a few days, I believe it might have cured my stomach aches, which is an ( Read more... )

That's where I was, indeed. Overnight, even, which wasn't very bright of me, though it isn't as if I need much sleep anyway. But it smelled, and it's taken a while for me to stop smelling as well.

I'm glad. It wasn't my intention to worry anyone.

I am fairly idiotic a lot of the time. I'm only lucky that no one seems to notice.

Oh, hardly, Trust. We're all still stuck here, aren't we?

What's wrong?

Throne says I'm feeling homesick, and I suspect that this is the best explanation I'm going to come up with.

But I also feel frustrated that I still know so little about myself. And frustrated that I have been so unmotivated to find anything out.

It is annoying because these feelings are unhelpful.

Well...

I don't know much about me either, but - I'm trying to change that.

So you're not by yourself on that, maybe we can talk at the party or something? Or whichever, whatever helps!

I hope to have a handle on myself very soon, but I would enjoy talking at the party. Most days, I enjoy talking, even if I'm not really saying anything.

Aha, that's where you went.

Also, you being morose rather bends my brain a touch.

I can tell you, quite literally, that it rather bends mine too. I wish it didn't. I really do.

I can tell. It seems very...well, odd. Something happened, didn't it?

If you need to chat do feel free to drop by, heaven knows I have enough tea to flood half the tree and there's only so much I can drink myself.

Throne asked me that too. Nothing happened except I found this coin and suddenly things felt clearer, and my stomach aches have vanished. And now he says I'm acting strangely, but I can't tell.

I appreciate your generosity, Drake, and I might well do that when I am feeling more like fitting company.

Being odd? I don't know what you mean!

Acting peculiar. As if you actually have something to say. And then saying. Outloud. Where other people can hear.

I thought you encouraged me to be earnest? Why is it a problem that I feel like being honest for once?

That's fantastic!
I think Edensballs has enough emo-kids running around.
It doesn't need Argent-flavoured emo.

Oh, my. You know emo too? That word does seem to get around.
