Pierogies Recipe

Here is my family recipe. I figured I'd share. I'll probably end up posting my carrot-ginger soup recipe and my whole wheat shortbread recipe at some point if people are interested. One of the profs in my department told me if my PhD didn't work out I could go into business making my cookies.

I love pierogies, but they seem complicated to make. Perhaps I will give these a try. Definitely post the Carrot-Ginger soup recipe. It's one of my favorites. The bookstore near my univ. would have it now and then in the cafe and my roommate and I seriously called them twice a day to find out if they were selling it. It sucked when we didn't call, and found out they had it. Or when someone said they had it, and when we got there they were sold out of it. I love soup.
