Hmmm upstairs need new rugs on the floors of the hallways upstairs... Them handwoven colourful scrap fabric rugs. I LIKE those. They get more and more beautiful for each time they get washed! I wish I could find a place to learn to make my own, that would be awesome ( Read more... )

That sounds awesome! Rug making sounds like a lot of work, but work that makes you go 'SO COOL' in the end :D ! Like any of the weaving arts, I fear I have no patience for it. Le sigh.

Like I really do not have any pateince with knitting, but oh gosh once I come more thanhalf way with it I can see the end of it and then it goes a lot faster!

yeah, similar to it but woven ones. They're sortof in keeping with the age of the house plus they're so much more durable than many other throws and rugs that pop up here and there for sale.

Oh yeah, I plot on getting me a REALLY big crotcheing needle and then crotchet a whole rug!
