if you watched Le Papillion, the girl there says something about a bird that didn't fly away and stayed on her hand, in her dreams, and she was happy 'cos if the bird didn't fly away, it meant the bird loved her. and she was happy.

vicks: that was mean! i like birds! i revel in glory and bask in my own pride that the only badge i got in primary school for those dumb Science cards shit, was the I Am A Young Ornithologist badge. t'was the only one i really worked for anyway. The Botanist one was done sloppily, 'cos the only thing i enjoyed about that was the collection of leaves, plants or flowers and shading them leaves. or maybe i got the botanist one too. i forgot. but i remember proudly my ornithologist badge. that was when my liking for birds started.

but i still abhor crows. (in primary school) one chased me before, but i ran away with my precious 'bao'/pau. and another drank my 30cent soya bean water when i put it on the floor of the basketball court and walked away for a bit. and i was thirsty and hungry and had no money left. i was enraged.
