Martha is totally open for fourth walling if he knows Doctor Who, Parker I'd rather he didn't; she's got enough issues.

He might recognize her eventually, but Martha and Jones are a common enough set of names that it might take him actually seeing her to realize who she is.

I'm all right with him fourth-walling the Meta Crisis, though obviously he'll mistake him for Ten. Aaaand the Doctor is cool with that assumption right now. Especially since all his previous regenerations/canonmates like telling people about him and his differentness, THANKS A LOT GAIZ. :V
