Every holiday we perform the same routine, year after year. Wake up and idle around the house for a couple of hours and then begin the mad scramble for the shower. Oh how familiar this is... My ex had an aunt like this and on top of it all, she used her busy body ways to "cover up" her eating disorder. She would be so busy helping everyone that she simply didn't have time to actually eat dinner herself... Since if she didn't make sure everyone's glass never went empty and that the rolls were warm enough, then who would?

Um, I think I wouldn't be going to Grandpa's for Thanksgiving. All that sounds absolutely horrid. Such a person would get on my nerves in the majorest of ways. This is not my definition of helpful. Ugh.

Drives you insane, and being so predictable is becomes worse each time. Has no strong person ever said 'Its OK stop fussing, have a glass of wine and loosen up'? No that would be unkind.

I am wicked. I would add some vodka to her orange juice, as it would be such fun to sit with her giggly and relaxed.. I know she MEANS well! Have a great thanksgiving.
