Yay for cooperative hormones! And friendly medical staff. Really, I understand they're stressed, but why choose a job helping people if you don't actual care to interact with people?

This nurse has been particularly disinterested and curt. I don't know whether she hit her head this month or what...or maybe it has something to do with the customer satisfaction survey they're running.
