That "do you still feel pregnant?" thing is a stupid question. All it does is make you super-aware for every little bubble of nausea, and it ultimately means nothing anyway ( ... )

The doctor's office called a few minutes ago -- they basically told me the same thing yours did. She suggested it might be from the placenta implanting in the uterus. She said sometimes that blood is reabsorbed, but other times it makes its way out. She said it's very common and nothing to worry about unless I develop severe cramping or fever.

I'm going to avoid the internet now because you're right -- I keep hearing about frightening things that never crossed my mind before. I've got a follow-up ultrasound scheduled for this Thursday. I'm sure Tenacious is fine. Probably.

*hugs*

I had this type of bleeding in my pregnancy with my son.

I freaked as well, and the OB-GYN brought me right in for an ultrasound and they determined that it was just some "old blood".

I'm praying for you three as well.

"Old blood" was pretty much what the doctor's office said when they called a few minutes ago. I've got an ultrasound booked for this Thursday. It's probably nothing to worry about. But it was a horrible shock. I was going to tell my mother the happy news, but I think I'll hold off until Thursday. *hugs*
