South Beach continues to go well. Now that we're in phase 2 the weight isn't dropping so rapidly (which is a fine and healthy thing) and we're sticking with it

I have no Wii advice, as I am Wii-less. But I had to mention that your icon made me LOL, because I actually own that book! devildoll gave it to me, and it's surprisingly understated (of course, anything would be when compared to that cover).
