While driving home from the mall today i realized something as i yelled "Woo! for being teenagers!" to Brandyn.. I keep complaining about how i am not 18 yet, and right as i said that to him it hit me that after i do turn 18, which will come sooner than i think, i will have only two more years of being an actual teenager ( Read more... )

haha yeah, i just turned 20 so i'm no longer a teenager, and then on top of that it's a shitty year because all you do is wait in anticipation to turn 21 lol anyhow, i have a friend that works at express. i could ask her to pick it up with her 30% managers discount, then send it to you, and you can send me the money back that i used to pay for it :P and then you can take back the one you paid for at full price and get your money back on that. get all ninja with that shit, ya know? but it's up to you.

no it's okay, i'm fine with paying full price, plus i wanna wear it as soon as possible.

i'm not one that's big on waiting to be 21, except it will be nice to be able to get into whichever club i'd like, but the alcohol part of it doesn't appeal to me, since anyone can get alcohol no matter what age they are.

i just find the age 21 more psychologically pleasing than 20. it's probably because there are a few more freedoms that are available to you at that age.

17 was a great year for me... but don't worry about turning 18. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. FREEDOM!! Knowing that you are legally an adult is the best feeling ever... and you get to be independent and do whatever the fuck you want to do... oh and also I've noticed adults are more respectful to me now because I am no longer a minor. When 18 comes... you'll love it trust me.

Oh yeah, i know i'll love it. That's what i usually say is "I can't wait to be eighteen".. but it just bothered me to think about how soon 20 will come after that :(
