What do you think of thus one? It's a bit hard to read after a few scribbles... But the price is better. I just want to rule out potential issues now! ;) thanks for any thought or ideas!

I like the thought of bumping the en suite/closet out. However it will likely be a very $$ change - given that the space is supposed to be open (ie: change to the entire structure of the build, not just moving internal walls).

Is the house significantly smaller then the other 2 you posted?

I like! I like the idea of bumping the closet/ensuite out into the "open space"...should be nice!!!
