so far ive noticed cutting "crap" out of my diet has helped alot with the fatigue and sluggishness. but by crap i mostly mean sugars and refined starches.
but for the past two weeks ive been living on frozen pizzas and soda. and whatever other junk i can find to stuff down my face :D
wish me luck, this is going to be hella hard for me (and my boyfriend, bwahaha)
well i would but isnt gluten in pasta?? that and i just switched to dairy ease so i can actually drink milk now yay! maybe i will get some calcium in me yet
