NEED TO TALK ABT PROJECT PROM

hey girl,
ok, i have to fil out the emergency sheet on project prom and its asking at ur insurance info and if u dont have any insurance it wants ur parent's signature. Wht the hell should I do about tht? Also, like, I wanna go watch X-MEN 2 when you arrive on friday before we leave for Cy-Falls for Jillian's. I think we should ride the school bus to get there and back at the end, unless you think ur parents or someone else can give u ride bc my mom definitely can't. Also, I really, really need an ans to all this info by tuesday. If you can reply me with all the information or catch me online tom afternoon, that will be greatest.
