Lazy days and deep in a funk....

So yesterday was a lazy day with nothing much to do, so I watched two movies we have had since October, I believe (gotta love Netflix). So, after putzing around on the net, I watched The House of Sand and Fog and Closer. They were both o.k. Not something I rave about, but they were decent

House of Sand and Fog was really powerful and disturbing. It made me very uncomfortable when watching it, but I realize now that 9 months later, that movie is still very much with me. I can still see images from it and still feel the emotions of the characters. Ben Kingsley especially does that to me -- he's such an amazing actor.

I hated Closer. Awful.
