Well, it's not MY fault the murder happened, so I'd probably be okay with it. But I'm also remembering that fantastic episode of The Simpsons when the Flanders' bought that house that a murder had happened in, and Rod (or was it Todd?) was laying on the floor going, "I'm a torso!"

As for the haunted part, that wouldn't bother me, really. I mean unless it's filled with, like, DEMONSOMG. Then it'd be difficult. But ghosts aren't so bad. ;)
