Hurricane Ida is in my head making me achy. Also, it is kind of pink outside. It was a brilliant gold/orange colour and really pretty! Now it has faded to pink ( Read more... )

We have flood warnings here. I think we're expecting rain for 3 days. It could be worse though.

Yes it could definitely be worse...

But flooding, wow--I didn't even know that we'd have anything from Ida, but yesterday cleared right up and today is, if nothing else, exceptionally bright. Still dry though.

You stay dry too!

I am staying dry, but it is just pouring. I am sure we can use the rain. They are warning kids about not jumping into the rivers and drowning. We had that happen a few years ago.
