We have a new puppy!
Well...mom's a sucker and fell for it last night. My friend who's lab had pups about 10 weeks ago said "sure come over and let Ellie play with the puppies" then when I get there sits this big fat black boy in my lap and says "he loves you

labs are a handful though, ill warn you now....three words for you, momma, PUPPY TRAINING CLASSES!!! lol
and make sure he has both rounds of his parvo shots BEFORE you let him go potty outside. oh my haha im sorry...thats wut i get for workin in pet stores for 5 years :P

I worked at a Vet for a couple years - originally went to school to be a Vet. This will be my second lab as well as been around labs quite a bit. He's actually a very calm demeanored pup and training will be quite easy for me. My other lab however...oh boy - she was good buy hyper as hell. I taught her hand commands which I will probably do with him as well. He seems to be very attached to me (oops did I forget to mention he's been sleeping in my bed the last two nights) He's been a cuddle bug and hasn't made any potty messes.
I'll send you a picture of him from Christmas :)
