Catching up with shows has been glorious. It's so nice to watch several episodes in a row, I so rarely get to do it anymore. I would wait it out if I had enough willpower, but I'm too impatient to do that.

Anyway, some thoughts. Not too spoilery, but I'll put it behind a cut anyway.

yeah, they confirmed a 6th season for dexter. i was pretty disappointed with the ending of season 5 myself, but i suppose seasons 2 and 3 ended in a similar vein (without too much of a mindfuck). i'm glad lumen is gone though. i hate julia stiles and could not stand her character. sad that she broke dexter's heart though. :(

Good, I'm glad there will be more. It seems like Dexter manages to come up with good ideas, even 6 seasons in. I hope they won't run out of steam soon...

Yeah, the ending was nothing special. Very similar to season 3's ending, in particular. I haven't seen Julia Stiles in too much, so she didn't bother me too much haha. It wouldn't have made sense to have her character continue beyond this season, though, so I'm glad she is gone as well.
