With the annual fee, you support the cantera work and also get a couple of privileges, like discount in fanshops (very important! Ohhhh yay, that is soooooo awesome!! I love being a member of my favourite club, as we also have this priority to buy tickets for ALL matches (league, Cup, and, should it ever happen again: UEFA Cup -I refuse to call it Euro League, no thank you!-, and CL), discount on items from the shop etc. I also got a sticker and a certificate (which I finally framed) as welcoming gift. Awwwww.
So yeah - club membership FTW!

I'm a member of Bayern as well, but they don't seem to offer as many "privileges" as Athletic and at the same time are more expensive. Let's see how they compare in terms of magazines... :D

Haha I looked at the pic first (I always look at the pics first <.<) and thought you'd like bought a Javi postcard or something. It's great though, that they sent you Javi. Which means you're either lucky or they are spying on you... now you better wear boxers in the shower, yeah? ;P

LOL, I actually bought postcards of the entire squad when I was in Bilbao, so now I have Javi twice, which is a good thing because I can put him on my office wall, hee. :D

(I suppose them spying on me showering is still less embarrassing than them finding my fanfics or whatever, so... *coughs* XDD)

I was happy when it got here! my dad brought it up to the flat and put it on the kitchen table... where it got lost amongst the newspapers for 2 days ._. Till I found it while looking for the sports part. It's so disappointing, our sports bit. Barey ever anything about Madrid and never any nice pics ._.
But lots of Manu Neuer (it is scary to wake up face to face with him O.O) and bayern and sometimes Raul as well!

These things are all so pretty! I especially like the leather book for the membership card. Can you also use it for more cards, like your credit card, for example? That way, you have an excuse to use it much more often, and show it off when you're out shopping, for example?

Also, awesome that they sent you the Javi photo card. So pretty, too :)

I'm so proud of all this stuff, I can't wait to find a special place for it all in my flat. :D

As for the leather book, so far I don't really know what to use it for because I keep all my cards (credit cards, etc.) in my wallet (which gives me plenty of opportunities to showing off the membership card, hehehe). But I'll think of something!

I love their photo cards, they're all so stylish, but obviously the one with Javi is special. ;)
