OH GOD! Why did I never see them before?!
Seriously, Angie and Sarkozy are... a match made in heaven! The new OTP of politics. :D

I really like these adverts. Do you know if they're going to hang placates in Germany?

That is a very awesome campaign indeed, and so much better than their shock-advertisements they used to have in the 90s.

Don't get me started on the Catholic church (or any other fundamentalist oriented Christian group!!). Argh.

Pope Benedikt XVI and the Imam of Cairo, Ahmed al-Tayyeb, are not exactly amongst the people I'd love to see kissing
Not to mention they're probably two of the people they're least likely to approve the sight of two men kissing, period. I'm sure the Benetton people had that in mind when they came up with the idea, so kudos to them. ;)

The fervent prosecution of homosexuals in muslimic countries of today is not part of a religious and cultural tradition but was actually imported from Western countries in the 19th century.
I had no idea about that. Too bad there isn't any more people thinking like this man, and not just in the Muslim world.

also, a+ campaign.
