well today was one of the hardest days i have in a long time. it sucked to begin with. then i told my swim coach i was quitting swimming and thursday would be my last day. ive swam for 13 years. i dont kno what imma do with out it. i havent stopped crying. ifeel lost. i need a hug. here fill this out to make me smile
