Well, I was wanting a new phone anyway. Just not like this. And yes, I know not to turn it on until it's dried out, to check to see if I've still got insurance on that phone, etc.

That reminds me of the time that creektoad left his cellphone in his bag during the run of faire. In the heat. Under a container of deodorant. His phone sure smelled good, but didn't work at all after that! ;)

Yeah, been there, done that.

On the other hand, if - like a certain teenaged boy in my household who shall remain nameless - you ever accidentally wash your iPod Shuffle (::twice:: ::cough::) you'll be just peachy. They just come out all gleaming, shiny and perfectly usable.

If only cell phones were that way ::sigh::
