I wonder how long i can just sit here at work and do nothing... Lets see how long I can get away with it.

Congrats on your promotion and your nice shiny new office! I'm so jealous.
If you do come back to Lubbock you should come work with me. You won't have an office, and the pay probably sucks compared to what you're used to, and the clients are annoying... Wait, why am I working there? but you can goof off and play on the internets and we can have hilarious zany adventures together.

Honestly, I've done the call center thing and I would rather not go thru that nightmare again! Although, it does sound like your job is a lot more laid-back than Cingular was.
If I was to get a job in Lbk I'd want it to be something similar to what I do now (Receptionist/Administrative stuff).
The radio station is, indeed, awesome! 95X turned into a station that is nicknamed "BOB". Its a very similar line up as "JACK". (Whats with all these stations that go by men's names??) I just listen to Jack more often because they play Queen A LOT and I *heart* Queen!
