White Chocolate Key Lime Cookies

2 of my hubby's favorite things are Key Limes and white chocolate. He loves these cookies. I adapted it from about 3 recipes - 1 for key lime cookies, 1 for white chocolate, 1 for regular lime cookies.

They sound really interesting. I would never have thought of lime and white chocolate together. I'm actually not partial to either one, but I AM partial to interesting combinations.

The lime makes the white chocolate less cloying!
