The ghost in my old house used to do that to me. On three occasions, as a matter of fact.

Now, I am fairly pragmatic, but I know what I experienced - and so do several others who have xperienced the ghost hat lived there. My doors deadbolts could only be locked with a key from the outside, or with the bolt on the inside. On no less than three occasions, I left the house, leaving the back door unlocked (because I had lost the key long ago and was too lazy to replace it), and when I'd return, the doors were all dead-bolted from the inside. I'd have to find an open window, remove the storm and screen, and climb in. I'd find all the dead bolts locked from the inside with no one in the house.

Oh well, at least they didn't get the windows, too. Ghost don't always think of everything. heh.
