Bush gave a speech yesterday calling for more nuclear plants, hybrid cars, and oil refineries. This comes on the heels of murmurings of switching to a VAT. If he keeps this up he'll have my vote next time he runs for President.

Nukes are the only scalable, present-tech, carbon-neutral energy sources we've got. Let's build more of them!
