What's the timeline for the rest of the project, now that this milestone is complete?

Water is the next critical path item. Since the well will be large enough to count as a public water supply there's more paperwork involved than for a regular backyard well. That should take a year or so. Intermixed will be things like septic, 40B approval (affordable housing), and designing the buildings. The actual construction should be another year. So, mid to late 2007 I hope.
