OMFG? What the fuck? Is it like a case of mistaken bike identity or what? Does her bike just look like hers so she freaked out when she saw you riding a similar bike? I can't believe they'ld just arrest someone like that! You'ld think they'ld come by and at least ask to see your documentation first.
