Turns out that Gran had her surgery yesterday. I had talked to the hospital in the morning asking for authorization for "soft restraints" because Gran kept pulling out her IV (which is standard for Gran. I'm reading! I'm so glad Gran came through the surgery ok, and that it was "just" a pin they had to insert. Sounds like she's a strong woman, amazing that she's doing so well, so soon!
