My Girl

Her bright smile softens me whenever I step into the house. Her voice tinkles when she calls me.I love her with all my heart. (Yes, I can love both kids with all my heart. I have two hearts.)

She is girly. Really girly. When it comes to hairclips, hair bands, bracelets, necklaces, dolls, soft toys and any thing that is PINK. RED. and SPARKLY. ( Read more... )

she's really photogenic! Ever thought of getting her to do kiddy modelling or advertising? I'm sure it would satisfy her girly princessy fantasy! =)

Thanks! It is quite difficult to get a good picture out of her as she freezes in front of the camera with a strange smile. And I dont think I have the ability to market her. I am just glad to capture her when she is natural :)

hi there! seowying October 17 2008, 15:19:24 UTC
have been reading your blog since coming across your blog's url in facebook. how technology brings pple who have not seen each other for ages closer!

Was talking to Yanqun that day and we were both amazed that you could spare so much time with your kids and yet volunteer at RC at the same time! And I really envy you, it should be more relaxing now that your kids are so big already, how I wish mine could be so big so that I could be more "sin-nang"! But then again, as I look back at my son's baby days, I suddenly realise that I wish time could slow down so that I could enjoy his baby-hood more....

BTW, wat camera are you using? Really nice pix you hv taken.

Hi! I started reading your blog too. I did not realise you use livejournal:) Good coincidence. You still look the same like in secondary school! It is quite amazing how we can "catch up" through technology. I have never been able keep up with diaries and blogs actually kept the interest up. I also met Caiyun in LJ and she is on my friends list "Bits and Bites", she is currently expecting a 3rd kid.

I have tapered my work down after my girl was born as I realise I am getting old and I do not have so much energy. I am fortunate to find work which allowed me to do so. It is a lot better that the kids are bigger now. I am sure you will be able to pull through this more demanding stage. Look on the bright side, it can only get better from now.

I am using a Nikon D70. We bought it so that we can take good pics for the kids and so far we are quite happy with it. The only problem is, DSLR can be quite bulky and we are usually too lazy to lug it out:(.
