It occurred to me that one of the reasons I'm often loathe to go out to clubs or other somewhat fashionable events is because my wardrobe is all jeans and t-shirts, I don't really have anything I like to wear that actually looks sharp, nor do I have comfortable shoes that aren't tennis shoes. Yes, dabbler - or scanner. There's this book called "Refuse to Choose" (which I haven't actually read, but never mind that) where the author classifies this type of person as a Scanner.

I'm a breadth rather than depth person, too.

I love to have the right word for what I mean and really I'm having trouble with this. Your interests are eclectic but you yourself aren't necessarily. Anything in the way of polymath, Renaissance man, jack of all trades, etcetera would mean that you were adept at or very learned in may areas (depth and breadth), not that you simply have many interests.

And although these interests may do nothing for your shape in general the best I can come up with is that you're well rounded.
