I like her company so much dawwww ^-^ you make me smile yanno that?.. dont worry, i'm sure something will work out. hopefully ^^; either way i know I will get to see you soon :)
I've been pondering this for a while, and I thought I should just as well ask you about it... I have an epileptic character, and I'm currently not giving him any big roles in any fiction because I don't want to end up offending someone by misportraying their illness. Is there any reading you could reccommend for researching it?
Also... IF I somehow manage to get the children's book I pieced together published (as some people seem to have great faith in, even when I don't), remind me to give you a copy... I wasn't aware you enjoyed children's literature.
Unfortunately, I'll ALWAYS be epileptic. Since the center for my seizures is in scar tissue and it can't be excised without getting rid of important bits, I'll always have to take the medication for it.
Lucky woman...and now I won't be too afraid to be around you. Too few people understand seizures and well...I get kinda spacy at conventions and it makes me look a little stupid :( I generally keep my distance because when people find out I'm epileptic they either decide I"m also retarded or that it's contageous.
Been there, done that. It has been a difficult flight. And as for the corrections, hers was centered right on the hippocampus. Very little circuitry more sensitive than that. I'd recommend Dr. Grossman at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
