The community which does this is review_you and they're not taking requests right now because we have a 300 journal backlog. I could do it independently, if you'd like though.

Yeah, it's a new restriction. Currently I think we only have four or five reviewers. I'm the only one volunteering to do more than one a week and the only one who finishes in a timely manner.

The maintainers told me they haven't officially closed the community. You could put your name down, but it might be a few weeks before we get to you.

She apparently had a few seizures over Easter and is being evaluated to find out what they are and if they need treatment. At this point, it could be anything from epilepsy to a reaction to her medications. She also has a TENS unit now in hope of alleviating some of the pain from the scoliosis.
